Subject : Query on PF Death case settlement (How to transfer PF from previous companies)
With respect to the above-said subject, we need your valuable input on PF Death claim settlement. Recently one of our relatives accidentally death before three months ago and we process his PF/Pension/EDLIS through his current organization.
The company was submitted associate PF, EDLIS and pension forms at the PF office but from the PF office raised one query regarding associates' previous company's PF transfer process done or not ?
As per our knowledge associate was not done his previous (4 companies) PF transfer claim and due to his death his UAN portal also did not log in (due to death his portal disable by EPFO)
So, in that case how to transfer the claim process by his nominee to associate current PF account? And How to solved this issue so, associate family members can claim his PF, PENSION, AND ESLIS claim.
Please share your valuable input as earlier as possible so, we can support associates' family members in getting above said claims.
