Dear Sir/ Madam, One of our employees had left the job and withdraws PF and a few months later she rejoins the same organization and pf have been deposited same previous PF account no. She left once again and wants to withdraw PF but EPFO raised the issue of the date of joining so what to do in this case?

The new EPF No is issued to a new employee and same had to be done in rejoining. It is not understood, how you have allotted the same number to the employee after her rejoining. You send your reply to RPFC mentioning the facts and inform the mistake was unintentional but has been occurred due to misconception on part of dealing assistant.
Her employer No was........................on first employment with us DOJ was---------------- and left her job on Dt.................................. Once again the Employee rejoined us on Dt................................with Employee No-------------------------------- .
It would be better to meet the RPFC in person and inform what has happened by mistake and sought his help to do the needful in the matter.
