Congrats for a very comprehensive training flowchart- very well explained. But the only point I beg to differ about it is the point when u say STOP - I believe that training is a continous process , there can never be an end to training. Does this STOP apply to one training cycle ?

hi kirti,
Thanks for your comments and encouraging words.
Regarding the stop symbol - in a flow chart every process should have a start and finish (stop). Therefore it is only symbolic in nature.
As you rightly said, training is a continuous process in reality
Thanks

Hi Sunil
I feel that trainings are continuous process and the flow chart should not end at "STOP" , after reward. The loop should go back to review and training need assisment. I believe if some one is capable of impoving his/her performance after training, there is a potential in that employee for further growth. You can further invest in this employee thereby retaining the employee by giving proper growth and development.
I think this way you can also address todays major concern for HR to retain talent .

Dear Sunil,
Excellently done.
May I add that you might have gone a step ahead for for career planning and training for the same, which would bring in employee satisfaction and bring down attrition rates.
Thanks and regards
