Required Qualification, Skills, and Experience - Existing Qualification, Skills, and Experience = Gaps (Gaps represent Training needs).
Competency Mapping should be done to identify gaps with the help of the Concerned Head of the Department. Please find enclosed a sample of Competency mapping for HR function (Skills may vary from one organization to another).
