Dear Seniors
My boss has asked me to prepare 3 types of letters. 1st is Offer letter then once he joins we give him appointment letter and then again the non disclosure agreement. I know the difference in offer letter & app letter. but along with this do we also have to give NDA?

NDA ( non disclosure agreement) is an officially required document for maintaining ethics & compliance of a particular Organisation. At times this may be legally binding on the individual too. NDA is mainly used in data sensitive industries like Financial firms, Healthcare industry, ITES & BPO, Law firms , E-learning firms , IT industry , recently merged competitor Organisation, Onsite assignments to name a few.
Incase your department is asked to create an NDA form, you need to consult the company handbook, nature of your business and get to know the legal aspect as well.
