Hello Seniors,
I have been hearing about this term " Core HR" and would like to know what exactly are the areas it comprises of?
Also, i have heard that if one is looking for a career in SAP-HRMS, it is preferred to have 2-3 yers experience in Core HR apart from being certified in SAP. What kind of experience is exactly preferred for a career in SAP-HRMS?
Please throw some light on these questions? I am sure there are many people who would love to know this information.
Best Regards,
