i am neha negi ,pursuing MBA(HR/MARKETING) from M.I.T(dehradun).
my summer training will start from mid june 2011. n i want to do it from Dabur India ltd (ghaziabad , up(201010).
can someone tell me , what is the procedure to apply there for training , because i could not be able to find it on net.

May be it’s bit difficult to get a chance their, directly go to co. and meet HR department for permission purpose.

Would like to say that the same trainings are being organized by the colleges only. So better to contact to the colledge only, if want to take/do the internship in dabur only the same would be difficult may be, but you can do the same in other companies also,as their are more good companies than dabur.

you can go through the formal process like take a permission latter from your inistitution, select a topic (recruitment, pms,... etc ). search nearest dabur org branch. direct submit that latter along with ur resume at Dabur or other org HR Dept. they will give their responce.

You can directly make a contact to them..,just visit their official site and click on Contact us tab. You'll be able to find the no.s there.
Simultaneously, post your updated resume on their carrier tab so as to provide the reference of your profile and interest.
I agree with all other members that its not possible to enter the company with the purpose of doin summer internship without contact..but atleast give a try. There are also specific company's which provide summer internship programs specifically.., so try to find'em out and contact asap..
