I forgot password to login PF UAN.. If i use forgot password link, otp is sent to my old phone no. which is not in use.. It was AIRCEL no. Now i could not get that old mobile no. from other networks.
If i select NO option in forgot password page, it asks for aadhaar and PAN for verification, I have not updated my aadhaar or PAN in my UAN..
Now i want to login UAN, Kindly help on this.

Base don your request click on forgot pass word enter your uan , Captch and submit then system will ask you like Do you wish to send OTP on the above mobile number? : Yes NO you can select No, once click on No system again ask Name, Date of Birth, Gender(As per your Employer Register Details ) After ente Those details click on verify. After sucessful verify ask new mobile no enter and create new password

Thank you for your reply.
After verification of Name,DOB & Gender, it asks for Aadhaar/PAN verification.
I have not updated Aadhaar and PAN details in KYC, so in this step, it is says details are not matching.. So I could not proceed to the next step.. Hope you understood..

Dear chitra,
Ask to your employeer about your details like Name , Dob, Gender,how there are updated in there portal
because some times your name spelling is wrong update or dob ,gender wrongly update unfortunately in employer portal. employer given details only enter in box, Even though if not match with aadhar , then only system will accept.
