Can any company which is not registered is eligible for issuing salary slip to their employees?? actually ours is a small website designing co. with 5 employees...now our employee is asking for salary slip. so is it feasible for us to issue them with the same. If we do so, is there any legal issue attached with this, or in other words what is the criteria for a co. to issue salary slip to their employees.
