so.....nice to hear mr.aknasim (from id)from u that u got promotion ....so first of all congrats for getting promotion.
as u cleared u have now to work on profile of team leader...so first of all i would like to suggest u like Mr. Hasanjeet, that meet and know your team members...their pros and cons so that you could be able to make a good understanding of people working with you and under u.
the sales as usually seems spoken or hidden is all related to targets .Analyse good players of your team. do plan and workout when ever u get monthly targets ...cover it up ..monitor it weekly as u r achieving target fulfilled by your members or not ..show some leadership skills...always cover them timely ...ask them for market feedback daily ..prepare daily and weekly achievements to b done and analyze it...do provide some motive ...either as gift or anything to your team members so that the grapes are within reach of you...do not work like that fox ...be cooperative ,guiding as yours' seniors did with u when u were under then do use some ideas from there...and apply it all...and let them feel they are really attached to u ...u will surely get nice results....more u r connected and caring an good leader...more they will believe on u...
