Dear All, I work for an IT manufacturing company. We are hiring for the Sales & Marketing team.
I need to make a " Salary break up " for variable components of salary.
As suppose, I have divided the salary into 15 LPA as fixed and 10 LPA as variable.
10 LPA would be an incentive based on the project which is bringing to the company.
Query: How can I show this variable part in his salary structure?
