Hi all,
Looking ahead to coming 2015 and HR challenges and opportunity for the HR in coming year and our readiness for these opportunities and business challenges.
2014 was the year of great change, it was the changing era of huge political change after 30 years any party has came to complete majority. This is the huge opportunity for current government work independently with full authority. We are getting the positive response from government side for industrialization with a concept.
My objective for writing this post is to share our experiences regarding the changing roles of industrial changes, policy changes or political changes and their influences on our existing human resources and resistances which are coming from them. It will be helpful if anyone can provide the changing trends in employee expectations and management policies, types and natures of conflicts between employees and employers its impact on industries etc.
It will be helpful if someone provides data location wise and industry wise.

Dear Shishir,
I would like to share one thing here which is somewhat relate to your post........
On end of vajpayee's PM period, that government was prepared a law which is INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT its combination of ID act 1947 and TU act 1926. unfortunately government lost in election new government sworn and the act was not passed in lok sabha rather blocked.
Again the party are in play with full majority, let us see what will happen........
Thanks & regards
