if you want to start labour supply company, the following details have to pursue.
1. proposal about your intention towards CLC.
2. registration of your company.
3. labour licence from CLC.
4. PF registration from PF office.
5. ESI registration job. or medical insurance.
6. and other things that you have done in coming years in respective contract.
7 PAN Card number
these are the inevitable things that you have to done before starting the labour supply

I have a query in respect of services industry, especially regarding the security agencies.If an agency having license for operting in its state and wants to commence its operation in other state, then his License will be applicable or the agency has to obtain fresh licens for each state separately?

For Opening Labour manpower supply company,As per labour legislation one has to get licenses and registration done from appropriate Labour office and labour welfare authority.Below mentioned are the basic requirements -
1)License under Shops and establishment Act of the state.
2)If Opening a Pvt Ltd then Registration with ROC
3) Registration with Services tax department
4)Registration with Professional tax Departmeent.
5)Obtain Pan Card /Tan No etc.
6)Open Current Account in the Bank
7)Register with Labour welfare Fund Authority
8)Register with EPF AUTHORITY if you have employees more than 20.
8)Register with esic Authority if you more than 20 employees
9)For More than 20 employees you have to take Contract labour License.
10) Follow all the labour welfare laws under Payment of wagesAct,gratuity Act,ID Act,Maternity Act,CL&A Act.
11)File All returns as applicable timely.
12)Keep Record of All Clients/employees and Expenses etc.

Hi,
Since everything is online activity.Except for the fees required/Amount Generated online during registrations is the actual cost.While if the consultant s hired You may have to pay his fees in addition.
Based on the number of employees you show against the registration of your company the amount payable will vary in some cases.
Pls refer the websites of respective licenses for more details.Also note that some registrations are free of cost.but you have to produce all the relevant documents and even visit the concerned offices.
Service tax , PT for example.
Also note that if your company is registered any any dues incurr then you have to pay all the dues and fees and late fees etc.
