I am looking forward to learn everything about Business Development Executive and also BDM roles and responsibilities in the recruitment field of IT & non-IT. Can anyone guide me the roles of a BDE, BDM? I would like to have below information:
1. what to speak to the HR at client end during cold calling for lead generation, empanelment.
2. email formats, email content. which is sent to HR at client-end, for Lead generation, etc,...
Please guide me about the entire roles and responsibilities i need to learn, perform in the job.
