Respected Seniors,
I m Working in Construction company, Team size 40. There are two category's 1. Office staff 2. Site staff ( Labours , Supervisors). For involvement in company i would like to arrange some activity through which employee can work with more enthusiastic manner. and also want to make policy's for them too which is required in construction company.
Please guide me on the same topic.

Dear Priyanka,

It is a myth that activities change employees' behaviour. Change could be there but it hardly lasts and things come back to square one. I have repeated written this in my various posts. Click the following link to check my one such old post:

As far as working enthusiastically is concerned, much depends on kind of culture you have in your organisation. Second thing is about right recruitment, career consciousness etc.

I recommend you concentrating on organisation's culture. If the culture is not conducive for the teamwork, then you cannot contrive the teamwork come what may.
