Dear Experts, I'd like to clarify who is not eligible for the labour welfare fund deduction in Tamil Nadu.
According to what I found online, those monthly earnings of 15,000 or more are ineligible for LWF, as are those in managerial and supervisory roles.
Now I'm confused about that 15000 salary; is it their gross or basic salary?
