Zero defects aims at reducing the defects in a process, and doing the process correctly the first time itself
Zero defects means reaching a level of infinity sigma - which is nearly impossible. In terms of Six Sigma, zero defects would mean maximization of profitability and improvement in quality.

2)180 Degree Feedback- A '180' is an appraisal between the boss and 'self' (the person who is being appraised).
3)270 Degree Feedback-A '270' is an appraisal between the boss, 'self' and either subordinates or peers
4)360 Degree Feedback- performace appriasal by superiors, subordinates, peers and his/her self-assessment
5) Management Information system

The term Sigma taken from Greek alphabet,is used to designate the distribution about mean of any parameter of product,Process or procedure.
Now in common words you can say sigma is capability of anything (product/procedure or process) to show how accurately its working.

Now u can easily understood what is zero defect,it is just ideal condition in which % of quality is 100% in short u will nt find a single defective bearing over entire plant run.
