How gud and Advisable for new MBA graduates to OPT Specialization in HR, Still many of my friends after completion of MBA HR in 2008 could not get a job in HR field. The success rate of getting job is negligible in HR field. And also HR Executives working in very small companies could not get hikes and If company is in trouble could not fetch a job easily even though they have 1 year of experience in HR activities and recruitment etc.They are looking for HR related jobs in hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh)
