We are time and again receiving these types of Statutory compliance charts for our information. However, one should be careful in utilizing these charts considering the appropriate Government applicability of different labor laws and the relevant State/Central Rules, whichever is applicable in your case. It is essential to adhere to the formats provided in those Rules and the deadline by which we are required to send these returns. Additionally, it is important to consider to whom we are supposed to send these returns, bearing in mind that rules may vary from state to state. It has also been observed that formats may differ in various state rules.

I have checked the attachments you provided and noticed that there are errors in the numbers specified under certain Acts. For instance, you mentioned FORM XX for the Annual Return under the Contract Labour Act, whereas it should be FORM XXV for the Contract Labour for the principal employer. Additionally, you mentioned two months, one in January and the other in February.
