I'd be interested to know the specific beneficial changes your company has experienced after moving to automated HR processes. Also, any changes that have added to employee workload, for example, adversely affecting employee productivity.
The benefits listed in your note provide an overview and do not delve into the specific workflow advantages, such as reducing the number of days taken to perform performance reviews, leave approvals, etc. It would be very helpful to see a list of changes you have personally experienced as a result of automated HR processes.
