ISO Abbreviation - International Standards Organization... Basically, the ISO is a certificate which is issued to a unit for its products, similar to our ISI. I am working in an ISO 14001 & TS 16949 institution. So, I will share my views on the above-mentioned certifications.
ISO 14001 certification is given for Environmental Management. TS 16949 is a certification given for continual improvement, specifically for a Total Quality System.
