Hi,
I am totally agree with your openion that nowadays financial background really matters in all ways. In our country it really matters, coz there are a lot of children, who in spite of intelligent and down to earth and want to learn and study dont have opportunity to get education.
For example a brilliant child can not get admission in a good college, school, institute just coz his/her financial status. He cant pay the heavy fee amount.
But i really feel good abt all this. But how we can change such scenario in our society. And what should be done to tackle such problem.
If i am not wrong there are some steps taken by the govt. n the inst. in this connection, like scholarship programme etc. But is it sufficient??
