As u have followed this diet plan so i was very eager to know that...are there any possible long-term ill effects of this diet on health.....i read somewhere that it causes hair loss.

I didn't tried this 7 days chart. But i always try for my diet may be some time excercise. Anyway when I am feeling that I am weak, I take balanced diet.

I don't know ur name. You can follow my chart atleast for 15 days & do some excercise for 15 - 30 min (may be walking). If you have any other diet related problem, inform me.
