It's nice project, recent I have also made a assingment for the operating cost of my company(that includes CTC P.A.\Per Employee, Inputs & Administrative Cost).
Its all the same way you have made it.

In this attachement you have added only CTC cost? May be i have understood it wrong. I thought HR budget include many other things besides salaries
