Actually, I'm a fine arts graduate based in Bangalore. I've worked in the design field for two years. Now I have joined a design company where the management has recognized good interpersonal skills, good writing skills, and a certain amount of leadership quality in me.
I've been asked to join the corporate communication team. However, I have no formal training in HR management or corporate communications, other than graphic design and the aforementioned qualities.
