If Friday is LWP and Monday is Half day (Second half or first half) so falling between Saturday & Sunday should be LWP.

If an employee exhausts his all CL and SL in advance in a year. And in mid of the same year he resigns from his Job, so there should be a deduction from his salary at the time of full & final settlement.

See, LWP is a legal matter. you can not just put anybody on LWP. you can be challenged. In case if all leaves are exhausted or any leaves violating the discipline is availed, the person can be put on LWP.
So in ur ex., it should be only Friday(given above conditions met).
Second, CL / SL are non-encashable leaves. it gets exhausted with the year end. So it is your bad luck if the person has availed all CL/SL and resignes mid-year. You can only calculate with his/her PL while doing the FFS.
