However, my father's medical condition (he is diabetic and his condition has worsened, leading to hospitalization 2 times within a span of 4 months) is forcing me to write an application for an inter-regional transfer to the Guwahati region. I have all the medical documents to support this request. Can anyone help me, please?

    I have something to add as follows:

    In case an employee is transferred from one state to another, as an HR professional, acting in good faith, we have to pay for the transportation charges for the employee as well as his family for the class he/she is entitled to per the TA/DA policy of the company.

    Reasonable transportation charges for shifting his/her household goods may also be paid subject to the submission of valid proof.

    For a reasonable number of days (7-10 days), arrangements should be made for his/her stay, enabling him/her to find an accommodation of choice.

    The emoluments, by virtue of the transfer, should not be adversely affected.
