if the company has incorporated in 2007 but the comany yet to starts it business. is the bombayshops & Estb. Act applicable to the said compay

Dear
You may go through the definition of the Shop and commercial establishment under The Bombay Shops Act. According the definitions unless any trade,business etc. is not there in any premises then it will not be considered under the definition of shop or Establishment & unless the premises is not covered under the definition then the Act will not be applicable.The Act is applicable on Shops & CE & if you are not covered under the definition then how this Act will become applicable.
