u will not get copy of the model standing orders as u are searching.
procure abook on Industrial employment (standing orders)Act 1946,which should have ur state rules. in these state rules you will find a schedule under which u will see model standing orders. these model standing orders are different from state to state. in case still u find it difficult,
pl tell me in which state u r, i will try to provide u.

The Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Rules do not provide different model Standing Orders for different industries/establishments. Therefore, go through your State Rules for preparing a draft SO for your unit along the lines of the State Model SO for certification. The procedure is also laid down for how to certify these draft SO from the State Certifying Officer in these Rules.
