Since there is no law in this regard, certain guidelines and rules are there as per SC Complaints Committee needs to be constituted in a company where women employees are working, it seems. All companies which have a "harassment policy" as a part of the Corporate policy manual need to have a committee in place. Also, there are some guidelines on the constitution of these committees.

dear ruchi as per the guidance of supreme court every company should have prevention of sexual harrasment policy.supreme court has given guidelines in this regard. regards js malik
