some things you can go in for are non-monetary incentives,building a community in your organization etc...for the rest you need to share more info,about your organization...

Hi Friends,
I am working in a FMCG organisation but HR is in a very Nascent stage. I am working in the organisation since few months. I want to implement some HR initiatives as all the employees consider HR as a Administration department. I want to change their outlook towards HR.
Kindly suggest me some initiatives as people are very rigid.
