I have taken a quick look at your chapter "Review of Related Literature."
It is full of plagiarized material from the web as you have not cited any references. Where are you studying and for what course? In which organization will you be conducting the study? You have not sent the introduction to your research which gives the aims and objectives of the study. Also, have you decided on the methodology? If not, how will you design the questionnaire? Will you be pursuing a scientific approach or a Social Sciences approach?

Simhan, I did not post my full thesis. I'm going to attach it shortly. For now, the first chapter is not completed, but I am working on it. Well, my professor didn't help me much; she just told me to make a simple questionnaire. Ten questions on Performance Evaluation and ten on Development, that's it.

I am sorry to hear that your professor did not help. But understand that the professor's job is to guide you and not do anything directly.
I have taken a quick look at your document. Still, you have not addressed the problem of giving complete references to the material used by you in Chapter 2. Your previous file is attached with some comments.
