Now If Company Apply For Visa And They Use My Noc Letter.
Is This Possible My Old Company Will Get Any Conformation From Visa Office? Like Some Body Use NOC Letter From Company. and that person going in so so company. Or Noc Paper Like One Formality With Visa Papers. Please Tell Me All Thing About That. 3 Months My previous Visa has been Canceled.

My advice to you would be :-
1. Don't disclose your current company name to your previous organization.
2. Tell your PRO to apply for new labour approval not to process your release application.
3. While applying for Employment Visa, ensure that your designation is put different from the previous one. Neither it will be a problem.
