Dear Friends,
Greetings from across the border :)
I have to submit a team-building workshop proposal to a business group in the Middle East, and I need a course outline. I need help designing the courseware as we are planning to open an office in the Middle East and expect a huge business volume. I am open to creating synergies with trainers from all over the world.
I request my trainer brothers (and sisters, of course :)) to email me the course contents initially for submitting a proposal. My email IDs are:

Looking forward to hearing from the training fraternity.

Dear Ashraf,
I am a trainer and conduct frequent team-building workshops. The typical issues that come up from clients are:
Team task over individual task. Each person in the team is happy about his contribution but fails to align it with team goals. How to prioritize individual members' contribution to the common objective?
Building open communication and trust among team members. This cannot happen unless people know each other beyond their roles.
Commitment and accountability towards each other and towards the common goal. Team members are hesitant to confront each other on issues. Which brings in the issue of communication and trust.
These are some of the themes common across teams, so it's important to address some of these in every teaming program.
Should you need any clarification, feel free to write.
