Hi,

You can allow him to take leave as per his request, where the leave would be calculated based on the casual/privilege leave balance available in his account. If the leave days he has applied for exceed the leave balance in his account for the current year, then you can consider those extra days as unpaid leave.

Hi I would suggest adjusting the leaves by asking the employee to take leave based on his balance/Availability of Casual Leaves and Sick Leaves. If he does not have any leave balance,it woul be "LOP"

This is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. To make your employee really happy, an internal arrangement can be made using vacation leave already earned to offset the month given, and new leave can be earned upon their return to work. He or she may even be willing to work longer periods to repay the leave period.

Dear Friend,

As per my knowledge, there is no separate policy for marriage leave. You have to check the employee leave credit, based on that you have to calculate. For example, 'A' has 10 leaves in his account. He applied for a leave of 30 days. The total loss of paid days for that month will be 20 days, and the paid days will be 10 days. Note: you have to follow your company policies, based on that you have to calculate.

Dear,

There is no provision of marriage leave in any policy of the company, I think. But you can avail the leaves as per your leave quota; otherwise, it is leave without pay. Don't worry, just enjoy the marriage.

Regards,
Ashish :)
