Hello mate,
Firstly, welcome to CHR. I am a student, and I don't have enough knowledge about HR like you do. I went through your document and understood almost everything except for this part about the costs incurred due to lack of eligibility and skills in the recruited individuals. I understand that it can be costly, but I didn't grasp the following points:
Client Related:
- Internal/External Client loss
- Future business loss
Can you please explain this further?

Internal/External Client Loss
Internal Loss: Bad recruits spread negative influence on team members or colleagues within the company, thereby causing organizational disharmony. This might lead to demotivational factors for others working with them, and to the extent that team members mentally prepare to quit the company due to their influence.
External Client Loss: Bad recruits and team members quitting the company immediately, or while serving notice periods, invite troubles to the projects, deadlines, and commitments made to the client. Replacing bad recruits might take some time, between 10 days to 30 days, which leads to dissatisfaction for the client. Consequently, we might lose the client.
Future Business Loss: Once we lose a client, that means we have lost future business opportunities with them.
