Very nice games...
Well, just reading through those games, I thought of a game that we used to play in our school days, which could be used for enhancing communication skills.
I'll name it as: "Very Filmy"
Team of 8-10 employees (2 Writers) = 10-12 Employees
Content:
1) Make up a story in English (preferred language)
2) Genres included: Action, Horror, Comedy, Romance, Suspense, etc.
3) Story Time: 5-6 Minutes.
Note: More rules can be implied based on the conditions.
Rule: 1 employee -> 1 line; Can speak after 4 attendees (if needing to include more).
The first series will be done in a serial order and then randomly, so that everyone will get at least one chance. It's a type of group discussion; once you speak, no one can judge your point, and others must continue the story.
The aim is to create a very "creative" and, of course, funny story. This activity helps in understanding the importance of listening and group communication.
Folks, I would like to know your views on this activity.
