But causing employees to change and become committed to organizational success and able to achieve it is much easier in my humble opinion. I did it four times starting with what were described as disasters by those who employed me.

I am experiencing many work changes:

Reporting line increased from 1-2-3.
Main focus shifted from sales to operations.
Almost all classroom training has transitioned to e-coaching.

No one is informing me about our plans for next year. What should I prepare and plan for the coming days? The timetable is becoming less and less structured; does this indicate that I might be fired soon?
