Hello Vijeta,
It's really helpful. I am working on my PGDBA project in HR, and the subject is Recruitment in IT and non-IT organizations. If you have any reference links or materials, please let me know.

Very useful... thank you.
Talking of etiquette, I have seen interviewers almost tilting to the floor on their chairs during the interview. HR professionals will definitely benefit from your uploads.

Hi Vijeta,
Very informative. We are following Topgrading at our organization in India and the US for all staff-level positions. We have also prepared a Topgrading sheet - Degrees of Competencies for each level in the organization.

Hi All,
I need some help. I have recently joined an IT, Telecom, and Media Research and Consulting firm and have been asked to formulate the HR policies there. However, it is somehow difficult since the performance measurement in such an industry is based on productivity and not on the time being input.
If I make a policy of inputting minimum hours of work, it would be difficult to retain the staff, as they work the whole night during heavy workloads, which occur 5-10 times a month, and there is no overtime paid as such. Since the firm is new, they do not have any fixed work timings either.
Can anyone please help me in this regard?
Thanks for your time. You can email me at "supisces.me@gmail.com".
