    All who have quoted the rates for their respective states, I request you all to please specify in which month we need to make the payment & to whom.
    In Mumbai we need to calculate the dues on the basis of the payroll of June & December and to be paid to "The Welfare Commissioner" by cash or by cheque in f/o "Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund".
    Also please note there is no contribution payable to the Managerial Cadre Employees & Supervisors who are drawing the salary more than Rs.3000/-.
    Note for Pooja / Rakesh: You want to put the rates on site you said. please specify which site.

    We need to send return on quarterly basis means Jan-March,April-June,July-Sep,Oct.-Dec. to the Labour office, Chandigarh.

    Thanks for the information.
    As indicated attached is the sheet with the rates that has been posted in the site till date.
    And yes Datta, you were right with what you sated " there is no contribution payable to Managerial Cadre Employees and Supervisorswho are drawing salary more than Rs. 3000/-.
    I had the rates for Mumbai, Delhi & Rajasthan, the need was for other states. So, still waiting for the same.

    The Welfare Fund for the year from Jan to Dec 07 must be paid on or before 31st January 08.
    The amount must be paid in the form of cheque or cash to the respective local authority of the Welfare Fund commissioner along with the annual return consiting of the list of employees with designation and Form C.
    No need to pay for the supervisory cadre those who drawing more than Rs. 3000/-.
