Hi, we have recently completed our first yearly appraisals, and one of our key employees is unhappy with the huge increment we have given. He is expecting a hike of 40% over and above his appraisal. What are the other ways to keep him engaged and performing? We can't afford to lose this guy!

Hi Prachee,

Please ensure that there is no other employee working within your organization who is less educated/less experienced but holds a higher position than your Key Employee. Additionally, there should be no partiality in salary hikes and appraisals.
