Dear Sir,
I have a doubt over the register to be maintained by the contractor if the nos of the employees engaged in the premises is less than 20 and contractor does not possess license.
Please give your suggestion that whether contractor should maintain all registers ( like- adult register, employment card, advance register, register of fine , etc ) in the same format as applicable in Contract labour Act

Hello,
If you are in Admn function in a manufacturing site and all contractors are providing manpower on site they need to maintain all the details required by labour office , during inspection it is required that you produce the details of the contractors also.

My one client is want to inspection of ESIC department , he is a contractor of industrial painting and epoxy painting , in this regard what to do and which record to produce at the time of inspection with ESIC authorities.
