I am relatively new to this cite!!! Me, am working as HR in a manufacturing concern in Mysore. :)
The HR Quiz is good. The content and the areas considered are interesting!
The lateral thinking part... How would you actually evaluate it?
There is no one right answer Right? If the person is on the creative side, he could come up with another good and plausible answer!
If so I guess all participants might be given equal score or is there any other way?

It was know to me that the questions were too easy. But it was my first presentation in my company so i wanted to use that platform to make my colleagues and seniors about our lacunas without getting back to read books or updated our knowledge.
I wanted to make them realize how much we know at present and after all i don't wanted to dissapoint my participants.
