Please let me know, do forklift operators require an LMV or HMV license to operate a forklift inside the factory only? No requirements are given in the Factory Act of 1948 (requirements for forklifts are specified, such as load testing by an authorized person, etc.).
Additionally, as per the Central Motor Vehicle Act, if a driver is operating a forklift on a public road, they require a license from the RTO. If a license from the RTO is needed to operate a forklift, please provide the URL page for clarification.
