Presently, I am working on a module for capacity building for small and medium enterprises. The organization deals with awards and trophies for all sectors. The target is to take Gitanjali Awards from one level to another level, increasing the turnover from around 54 lakhs to 2 crores. To give a thrust to all the employees and the organization, I conducted an INDUCTION PROGRAM. The PowerPoint presentation used is attached herewith for your reference. As 80% of the problems are coming from the production unit, I have suggested a new process to them. Please revert with your views. This is only the first step towards the target; there are still many things yet to be done.

7. 🛂 Labor Law Compliance: Ensure that any changes you make comply with local labor laws. In India, this includes the Factories Act of 1948, the Minimum Wages Act of 1948, and the Shops and Commercial Establishments Act (relevant to your state).
