I was working for company A for 1 year but left the company (as I received a better offer and had to join immediately) after putting in my resignation and not serving the notice period. The HR did not ask for any dues and mailed my relieving letter and service letter after 3 months from the date of resignation. I received a salary for all the 3 months even though I did not go to the office after submitting my resignation.

Should I show my 1-year experience as I have my relieving letter and experience letter? Please note that I have an overlap of 3 months where I was working for 2 companies at the same time.

Hi,

It is very strange to note that your previous employer transferred your salary for 3 months even after your resignation and without you going to the office. Somewhere, something is wrong with their process.

The relieving date mentioned in the relieving letter should be considered as your last working day. As you joined another company before that, you will face difficulty transferring the old office PF to the new office PF.
