I have 4+ years of experience and a service overlap between 2 companies for 2 months. So, I thought of hiding the experience of short-duration work in a company for my future joining and have now cleared the interview. My questions are:
- Will the future joining company get to know that I had hidden my experience in the background verification process?
- Is it possible to erase my complete history in the EPFO portal?
