I am working in HR in a private company. One employee claimed the PF amount in 2016. Then the same employee rejoined the company. The PF contribution was deducted and paid to the old UAN number in 2017. Now, the employee's claim request has been rejected. The PF office stated that the company's request letter for the claim was already settled, but the contribution was received after the settlement.
Please help with how to write the request letter to the PF office. Kindly advise.
