In case of statutory bonus, as per the Payment of Bonus Act 1965, it applies to –
(a) every factory; and
(b) every other establishment in which twenty or more persons are employed on any day during an accounting year unless exempted by the State Government, for which there is no possibility.
So you will have to see whether your organisation comes under (a) or (b) above. Otherwise it will be non-statutory bonus and it would depend on the policy of the organisation.

You are entitled to a statutory bonus if your establishment falls under the coverage of the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965. This act is applicable to any establishment with 20 or more employees or any factory with 10 or more employees. Employees are eligible if they are drawing ₹21,000 per month or less (basic + DA, excluding other allowances). As per the 2015 regulations, the bonus payable will be at a minimum rate of 8.33% and a maximum of 20%.

Regarding Diwali bonus, it is a matter of individual factory/office policy, so I really cannot comment.
