1. For his children, is a birth certificate required as proof or is Aadhaar enough?
2. One is a major and working as a trainee with PF. His age is 19 years. Can his name be included as he is below 25 years?
3. While applying with form 20, is the spouse's name alone enough, or should the nominees mentioned in form 10D also be written in form 20?
4. Is a downloaded death certificate enough?
5. Already delayed for about one year in submitting the form. Is there any problem regarding that?
6. What all documents need to be submitted?
